Refund and Returns Policy Effective Date: 17 July 2025
Thank you for shopping at Vishnu Mills Depo. We value your trust and satisfaction. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when shopping with us.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
The item must not be a final sale, clearance item, or a customized/personalized order.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or email confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Innerwear or personal hygiene-related items.
Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper care.
Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at vishnumillsdepo@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order ID]”.
Mention your name, contact number, product details, and reason for return.
Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back to our return address.
Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your bank details securely.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges or replacements for defective/damaged items. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them by emailing us at vishnumillsdepo@gmail.com. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
