1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details and tracking information once dispatched.
2. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹49 to ₹99 may apply based on your location and product weight.
Any additional charges (e.g., remote area delivery) will be communicated before dispatch.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Rural/Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this ID to check the delivery status on the courier’s website.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If the package is returned due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will reattempt shipping once additional charges (if any) are paid.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and unboxing video (if available) at vishnumillsdepo@gmail.com.
